Hydraulic Chuck

This 3-Jaw hydraulic chuck provides excellent workholding capacity. It features industry-standard serrated jaws, and including all necessary adapters and tooling required for installation and operation.

Turrets with Live Tools(Option)

8-12 position hydraulic turret or German Sauter turret with live tooling (option) are available, which provides super-rigid mounting of turning tools and boring bars, also allows secondary operations - milling, drilling, slotting, and tapping - on the face of the part and around the diameter.

Hydraulic Tailstock (Option)

Hydraulic tailstock or programmable tailstock (option) is available. The tailstock is an essential part of your turning operations as soon as the length to diameter ratio of your work piece exceeds 3:1.

Linear Guide ways

Taiwan P-grade linear guide ways which ensure high precision and outstanding quality. With a complete lineup featuring self-aligning capability, impact-load resistance and wide variety.

Precision Ball Screws

Taiwan C3 grade precision ball screws, reduced variation of motion error helps improve quality of machined surface of machine tools and productivity of semiconductor manufacturing devices.

Auto Chip Conveyor(Option)

Auto chip conveyor (option) is available to remove the chips from the machine quickly. The conveyor can be activated via M-code, or directly from the control pendant, and there are settings to control the interval and duration of the conveyor cycle for automatic operation.

Auto Bar Feeder(Option)

Free to choose single workpiece processing or working with auto bar feeder to do machining automatically and continuously. Convenient parameters setting without need of any program modification. Length of remnant can be set as desired. Self detection for abnormal motions and is displayed on LCD.

Parts Catcher(Option)

The catch tray is easily adjusted for different part-off locations, and can be positioned to catch parts from the main spindle. The parts catcher

is activated by M-code, and fully integrated with control system.

Renishaw Tool Pre-setter(Option)

The Automatic Tool Pre-setter increases part accuracy and setup consistency.
